The housing estate game is aimed at drawing attention to the problem of intensification of residential development and the shaping of settlement spaces. For this purpose, a theoretical approach is used, which draws from didactic and popularization activities.
The game gives you the opportunity to put together models, create different types of settlements of the future from them, visualize them with a click on your own phone and find opportunities as well as threats from our created layout. The goal of the game is to build a mini-housing estate with the best possible parameters. In addition, the cards can be used to any card game like macao, poker, war!
Each card has a different object with different functions; residential, service, public as well as communication, parking lots, biologically active areas- along with its unique appearance. Each card has different statistics related to the above aspects, which then affect and combine with other objects on the cards in different ways.
The game has gone a second way over the past years of development. The prototype was presented at the Researchers’ Night 2022, and we presented at Özyeğin University, other universities and conferences
